2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

2.1 All content published on this Website — including, but not limited to, texts, images, photographs of garments, graphic design, the "Archivio Tessile" logo, source codes, and software — is the exclusive property of BRAND di Mario Salvatore or its legitimate licensors and is protected by Italian Law no. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law) as amended, Italian Legislative Decree no. 30 of February 10, 2005 (Industrial Property Code), and European Union regulations concerning intellectual property.
