RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 In accordance with Article 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an explicit statement. You may use the model withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page or any other written statement, sending it to info@archiviotessile.it.

1.3 The right of withdrawal also applies to products purchased on sale or under promotion. There are no exclusions related to the discounted price.

2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

2.1 For the return to be accepted and to proceed with the refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, without prejudice to the normal verification of the garment permitted by law.

2.2 Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Italian Consumer Code, you are solely liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. On this basis, the return will not be accepted and the refund will not be issued if:

(a) the product is not intact, as it has been washed, worn (beyond normal trying on), ironed, damaged, or otherwise used in a manner exceeding what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning;

(b) the original identification tag and any security seal applied by Archivio Tessile have been removed, cut, or tampered with. The removal of the tag constitutes handling exceeding the normal verification of the garment and results in a diminished value of the item that justifies the refusal of the return;

(c) the product is not returned in its original protective packaging and wrapping, which constitute an integral part of the product and guarantee its integrity during transport;

(d) the receipt or proof of purchase is not included.

2.3 If even a single one of the conditions set forth in point 2.2 is not met, the return will be refused, the refund will not be issued, and the garment will remain available to the Customer at our warehouses for collection at their own expense within 30 days from the notification of refusal. After this period without collection, the garment will be disposed of.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship items without first sending an official request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Procedure:

• Log in to your customer account on our website by clicking on the account icon in the top right corner.
• Select the order you wish to return and click on "Request return".
• Receive the prepaid label. Once the request is approved, we will send you the prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to hand over the package to the courier via email. The costs of this shipment are borne by Archivio Tessile.
• Hand over the package following the instructions received. The address where returns will be delivered is:

4. Damages, Defects, and Issues

4.1 Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the garment is damaged, defective, or that you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@archiviotessile.it, attaching photographs of the issue.

4.2 We will assess the situation and resolve the error promptly at our expense, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Article 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, you have the right to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, and, in the cases provided for, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

4.3 Pursuant to Article 132, paragraph 3, of the Italian Consumer Code, any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within six months from delivery shall be presumed to have existed at that date.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Gift Cards.
• Customized garments or those made to measure upon the specific request of the customer, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code.
  

6. Exchanges and Replacements

The fastest way to exchange an item (for example, for a change of size or color) is:

• Initiate the return procedure for the garment received (see Section 3).
• Once the return is approved, make a new and separate purchase on the website for the desired size or color.
  

7. Refunds

7.1 Once the package is received at our premises, we will inspect the garment to verify compliance with the conditions set forth in Section 2. We will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of the inspection: acceptance or refusal of the return with the relative reason.

7.2 In the event of a positive outcome, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used by you for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). No additional costs will be charged for the refund.

7.3 Please note that the timing for the credit to appear on your account may vary slightly depending on the processing times of your bank or payment service provider.
